Placing an Order
All orders should be emailed to sales@istrasmallgoods.com and when ordering please use our PLU Numbers.
Order Cut Off Times
The order cut-off time is the last opportunity you have, to submit your order for the week.
Orders must be placed by 1pm Monday for delivery that week. Some regional areas are next week delivery.
Standing Orders
Many of our customers have a standing order with us to ensure continuous supply each week.
Any changes to weekly standing orders need to be phoned/emailed at the latest 8pm on Sunday.
Delivery Fee
The minimum order for free delivery is $150.00 If minimum order is not met for your area then a delivery fee will apply.
